What a truly momentous year it has been for Unifor members and activists!

We can hardly believe the end of the year is upon us. This year, our union raised the bar for all workers in Canada. We showed that when we fight, we win! Across the country, Unifor demonstrated that together, we can overcome any challenge and reach any goal. We proudly welcomed new members to our union, and we gathered in all regions to celebrate our union’s 10th anniversary, our incredible legacy, and the work ahead.

This year, we rallied in support of progressive change and better working conditions in our workplaces and at bargaining tables. We demanded more from our governments. We negotiated historic, life-changing collective agreements for our members. We welcomed anti-scab legislation. We stood in solidarity on picket lines to demand better. Together, we charted a new course for labour in Canada.

We organized, we fought, and we won! Unifor will continue to push forward as we head into 2024 and demand better for workers everywhere.

We are so proud of everything accomplished by Unifor this year. We want to recognize and thank our local unions, national representatives, and the many Unifor activists that make this union so great.

All the best to you and yours this holiday season. We can't wait to see what we accomplish together in 2024!
